This cuff features a White Buffalo stone set in sterling silver. The cuff is formed from substantial and heavy gauge domed silver for a smooth and comfortable fit. This cuff measures 5.5 inches with a one inch opening and should comfortably fit a 5.5 to 6 inch wrist. The stone in this cuff has a slight low spot on one side that I didn't notice until I was setting the stone. I filed the bezel down to match the stone. From the top it's hardly noticeable, from the side it's more noticeable. I've reduced the price as a result.
