Shipping policy

 

Orders of ready made pieces ship as soon as possible after payment is received (usually no more than 3 business days). Orders including made to order pieces generally ship in 4 to 6 weeks unless otherwise noted in the listing. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave my hands. I recommend using USPS Priority Shipping with insurance for all orders. First class international shipping (except Canada) does not have tracking outside of the US and the buyer is responsible for any customs tax, levy, fee, and/or duties.

Local Pickup is now available at the Hood River Farmers Market. Please note my upcoming schedule (found near the bottom of my monthly newsletter) or email info@wildheartwares to confirm the dates I will be at the market, as I am not there every Saturday.
