Sales, Registration, & Cancellation Policy

Jewelry Sales Policy

All pieces are handmade by me in my studio in the Columbia River Gorge. Handmade jewelry will show some natural imperfections, however this is also what makes my jewelry unique, organic, and one of a kind.

I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact me.

Orders of ready made pieces ship as soon as possible after payment is received (usually no more than 3 business days). Orders including made to order pieces generally ship in 4 to 6 weeks unless otherwise noted in the listing.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave my hands. All US orders include shipping insurance which covers loss or damage up until the order is marked as delivered by USPS/UPS. First class international shipping (except Canada) does not have tracking outside of the US and the buyer is responsible for any customs tax, levy, fee, and/or duties.

All other questions / inquiries can be sent to info@wildheartwares.com

Workshop Sales, Registration, & Cancellation Policy

This is a small business with limited capacity, so please read our cancellation policy carefully:

24 hrs immediately following class purchase: Refund issued in full in the original form of payment

30 days or more: Full Class Credit on file with Wild Arts Workshop

14 days or more: 50% Class Credit (excluding materials costs) on file with Wild Arts Workshop

Less than 14 days, or no-show: No Credit

Full and partial credits are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation and can only be applied once. A second cancellation on the same credit will result in the student forfeiting the credit. Credits are transferable to another guest, if the transfer request is made, via email, with 7 days notice. Credits can be used toward the purchase of any classes at Wild Arts Workshop–they cannot be used toward the purchase of jewelry or other merchandise.

Students should email info@wildheartwares when they are ready to use or transfer their credit.

If the Wild Arts Workshop cancels a workshop or class due to teacher illness, the workshop or class will be rescheduled for a later date. If a student cannot attend the rescheduled workshop or class, a credit will be issued and will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation.

No refunds will be provided in the case of force majeure.
