All pieces are handmade by me and and will show some natural imperfections. These imperfections are what makes my jewelry unique, organic, and one of a kind. 

I do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact me.

Orders of ready made pieces ship as soon as possible after payment is received (usually no more than 3 business days). Orders including made to order pieces generally ship in 4 to 6 weeks unless otherwise noted in the listing. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave my hands. I recommend using USPS Priority Shipping with insurance for all orders. First class international shipping (except Canada) does not have tracking outside of the US and the buyer is responsible for any customs tax, levy, fee, and/or duties.
