Sometimes I sketch and sometimes I just move pieces around on my bench until a design takes shape. These earrings are a result of the latter, which is where the name "In the Flow" comes from. We're always in the flow, we're just continually choosing to go with it or fight against it. Some of my favorite pieces have come from surrendering to it and allowing something to take shape. These earrings are super lightweight and have a soft brushed finish and deep patina for a lived in look. The metal has been treated to slow oxidation, but over time they will still darken and age. I recommend using fine steel wool to buff these back to life which will refresh their colors without losing their rustic feel.

All pieces are made by me in my studio in the Columbia River Gorge. This artisan piece is handmade and will therefore show some natural imperfections. These imperfections are what makes each piece unique, organic, and one of a kind. Pieces are made slowly to ensure heirloom quality, and with proper care can be handed down for generations.
