Swallows were one of the first birds I can remember becoming aware of as a child. I grew up on a farm and we often had barn swallows nesting around the property. Nowadays I spend as much time on the river as possible and enjoy watching the acrobatic dives of cliff swallows. These earrings are made from sterling silver with brass fringe and feature kingman turquoise stones. Each earring weighs 7.5 grams and measures just under 3.5 inches in length. Handmade + one of a kind.
All pieces are made by me in my studio in the Columbia River Gorge. This artisan piece is handmade and will therefore show some natural imperfections. These imperfections are what makes each piece unique, organic, and one of a kind. Pieces are made slowly to ensure heirloom quality, and with proper care can be handed down for generations.
